Committee Chair
Dannielle leads the Membership Committee with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and member experience. She works closely with committee members to create meaningful connections and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and engaged within Women of Construction.
Lydia Schaub
Committee Member
Lydia supports membership outreach and engagement efforts, assisting with event check-ins, member connection, and ongoing support. She plays a key role in helping members feel comfortable, included, and connected within the WOC community.

Jenn supports member engagement and connection initiatives and leads one of the committee’s favorite traditions, sending personalized monthly birthday cards. Her thoughtful attention to detail helps create a welcoming, personal experience for WOC members.

The Membership Committee is the heartbeat of Women of Construction and plays a vital role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive community at Women of Construction. It is the first point of connection for many Women of Construction members. Through thoughtful engagement, personal connection, and attentive support, this team ensures every member feels welcomed, valued, and connected to the broader mission of empowering professionals in the construction industry.
More than just managing numbers, this committee is about people. We prioritize meaningful connections, personal touches, and accountability to ensure every member feels seen, valued, and included within the organization.
What We Do
