Women of Construction is a local Charleston, SC nonprofit association dedicated to uplifting people across all corners of the construction industry. From tradeswomen and tradesmen alike to rising youth and seasoned pros — we are united by a shared passion for building, leading, and advocating for a more inclusive future.
We exist to create space for networking, professional growth, mentorship, and community connection — so every person in construction feels seen, supported, and inspired.
