Board Director
Megan serves as the Community Board Liaison, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the committee’s initiatives align with the mission and strategic goals of Women of Construction. She supports collaboration between the committee and the Board while helping plan community service initiatives, overseeing the Women of Construction Scholarship Program, coordinating its promotion and application process, and fostering partnerships that expand the organization’s impact through education, outreach, and service.

Community Committee
The Community Committee is the heart of Women of Construction’s outreach efforts, creating opportunities to make a meaningful impact beyond the jobsite. Through service, education, and strategic partnerships, this committee strengthens connections between the construction industry and the communities we serve while inspiring the next generation of construction professionals.
More than coordinating volunteer opportunities, this committee is dedicated to building relationships that leave a lasting impact. By supporting local organizations, promoting workforce development, and expanding access to educational opportunities, the team helps advance the mission of Women of Construction through service, advocacy, and community engagement.
What We Do

Coordinate volunteer and community service initiatives throughout the year
